Zulu & Battlefields is
a malaria free zone, located 3.5
hours from
Johannesburg and 2.5 hrs from Durban.
Within the private game reserve,
the following animals can be sighted: Elephants,
White Rhino, Lions, Spotted Hyenas,
Blue Gnu, Zebra,
Nyala, Wild
Dog and Buffalo. A short drive from
the reserve is Drakensberg Mountain
Range,
a World
Heritage Site.
Zimbali is named the “The
Place of Flowers”, 700 hectare
tropical forest estate area outside
the
northern end of the park. A short
drive to the safaris in the Park,
Zimbali also provides a 4 km coastline
and world class golf course and
horse riding.
