Property in Bucharest

Regarded as the ‘rising star of 2006’ (Channel 4’s ‘A Place in the Sun’), Romanian property began to attract overseas investors in large numbers. Up until the global recession of 2008, Bucharest had been a leader in property investment among capital cities.

As a capital city, most analysts agree that over the long term, and with Romania's entry into the EU in 2007, Bucharest's economic growth will continue to accelerate. These factors, coupled with the wide selection of real estate options have created an excellent investment opportunity for property in Bucharest.
